NOTICE TO GALBRAITH LAW CLIENTS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS
In response to the current COVID-19 crisis and the national and provincial efforts to flatten the curve and slow down the spread of the virus, Galbraith Law is taking the following steps to help protect clients, staff, service providers and the community, effective immediately.
Our staff and lawyers are available by telephone and email to answer any of your questions or concerns while making the health and well-being of everyone our first priority in our decisions. While we are here to serve your legal needs, we will be limiting in-office consultations for the foreseeable future.
1. Galbraith Law is closed to all walk-in traffic. If you need an appointment, please call our office at 780.483.6111 and speak to one of our staff. If you need to pay an Invoice or drop off paperwork, please call or email our staff to make arrangements.
2. Any initial meetings to take instructions, either for Will or Estate appointments that do not require signatures will be done by phone or email. Once documents are prepared and ready for signature, an appointment will be scheduled.
3. If you are exhibiting any symptoms such as fever, sore throat, or cough – please DO NOT attend our office. We understand your legal needs are important and we will make arrangements to get documents signed; however, we must take precautions.
4. Our office hours will remain 8 am to Noon and 1 pm to 4 pm Monday to Friday. However, please note these hours could vary by day during this crisis. We want to minimize ANY interruptions to ALL parties and we encourage you to contact our office by email or phone to book an appointment.
5. Couriers – if the doors are locked, please use the mailbox.
