Great advice and service from Stan when dealing with our daughters passport and a change of name in property deeds. Awesome having a dependable firm completing these important documents. When I bought the house next door to me 8 years ago my sister suggested I use Galbraith Law, as she used him when she had bought her house. They were excellent. They are well organized and do things on time. I subsequently bought/sold/renovated/rented 2 properties and used Galbraith Law for each one. Stan runs an efficient office where the legal paperwork is always done right. When I meet with him to sign documentation the file is always ready and there are no mistakes. The bank is notified, the mortgage released, land titles is done, the other parties lawyer is notified, everything is done right. His office administration and staff is top notch. On one these deals there were complications but Stan explained the legal issues in a straightforward manner and I followed his advice and made money because of it.
